1. Seller and contact
The seller is WE SELL LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Contact us by email at wesell@myyahoo.com.
2. Online shopping, specialty requests and completed orders
Live tire search and its cart belong to the supplier. That cart may end at Request Appointment; it is not WE SELL checkout and does not transfer selections to the separate WE SELL specialty item list. Online guest payment is currently off. Submitting a Quick Order or WE SELL request does not reserve stock or charge a card. WE SELL confirms the product, availability and delivered total before payment.
2A. Optional business accounts
A business-account application is a request for review, not approval of credit, terms, negotiated pricing, tax exemption or access to company records. WE SELL LLC may verify the organization and authorized users, require documentation and approve, limit, suspend or decline access. Each user must use their own approved identity. Company administrators are responsible for promptly reporting role or employment changes. Browsing and requests remain available without a business account; guest payment is off.
3. Product information and fitment
Products are new unless an accepted written quote or product listing clearly states otherwise. Catalog and supplier photographs may be representative. For tires, the confirmed brand, model, size, load range, service description, position and application control. For wheels and rims, the confirmed diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset, center bore, pilot type and load rating control. For equipment, assemblies, powersports and parts, the written part number and specifications control. The buyer is responsible for verifying fitment, capacity, intended service and quantity before payment. Tires, wheels and assemblies should be installed and inspected by a qualified professional.
4. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown per item unless stated otherwise. Freight, delivery, taxes, FET and other applicable charges are included only when the online checkout or confirmed written quote says so. WE SELL request forms do not collect card or bank information. When card payment is enabled, Stripe Checkout handles card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A card order is captured when placed, before a supplier order is sent. Debit and credit use the same payment process; approval normally takes seconds for both. Stripe pays WE SELL on its payout schedule, which is not faster for debit. A terms order is due on its invoice date plus the company’s owner-approved terms. Requested terms do not approve credit. Never send card or bank numbers through email or a request form.
5. Shipping, delivery and timing
WE SELL supplies products by drop-ship only. WE SELL does not provide installation or appointments. Delivery method, carrier charges and expected timing are confirmed before payment. Provide a complete delivery address, choose business with a dock, home or mine/farm/jobsite, and say whether a liftgate is needed. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier, weather, road, inventory or other conditions outside reasonable control.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancel before shipment to refund a captured card payment and flag the supplier order to cancel. An order already sent to the supplier requires confirmation that it has not shipped and that the supplier accepted cancellation. An unpaid terms invoice is canceled with its order. Mounted, installed, driven-on, foam-filled, custom-made or altered products are not returnable except through an applicable defect or warranty claim. Supplier restocking and return-freight charges may apply when disclosed and permitted by law.
7. Warranty and delivery damage
Warranty coverage, exclusions and procedures vary by manufacturer and product. Manufacturer warranty and any disclosed return-freight terms follow the confirmed written quote. WE SELL does not sell installation or mount-and-balance services. Keep the invoice and follow maintenance, torque, load and inflation requirements. Visible shipping loss or damage should be noted with the carrier and reported to WE SELL LLC promptly with photographs. WE SELL LLC will provide reasonable proof-of-purchase assistance for an eligible manufacturer claim.
8. Quote validity and substitutions
Quoted price and availability remain valid only until the expiration shown on the written quote. No product substitution will be made without the buyer’s written approval. If a confirmed product becomes unavailable after payment, WE SELL LLC will offer an approved alternative or promptly refund the affected amount.
9. Limits and governing law
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WE SELL LLC is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect fitment selected by the buyer, improper installation, overloading, underinflation, improper wheel torque, misuse, unauthorized repair or operation outside a product’s stated application. These terms are governed by Virginia law without overriding mandatory consumer rights that apply where the buyer resides.
