Privacy policy

Information collected
WE SELL LLC collects the contact information, tire, wheel, vehicle, equipment or product details, quantity, delivery area and request notes you submit so we can quote and fulfill a request. If a purchase proceeds, we also retain the transaction, shipping, warranty, tire-registration and business records needed to support it.
Payment information
WE SELL request forms never ask for payment-card or bank-account numbers. During secure online checkout, full card information is entered through the identified payment processor and is not stored by WE SELL LLC. WE SELL may retain the processor’s transaction reference, payment status, amount and limited card details such as brand and last four digits for receipts, fraud prevention and support. Never send payment information through a request form, text or ordinary email.
Online cart, saved lists and optional sign-in
The live tire store may use cookies or browser storage to operate search, cart and checkout. Guest WE SELL carts and Quick Order product lists use browser storage on the device being used. When you sign in, WE SELL also stores your cart, saved lists, contact and delivery preferences, payment-method preferences and PO references in your private customer account. Full card and bank details are never stored in these preferences. A shared Quick Order link contains the list name and product details only—not contact, delivery, account or payment information. Optional ChatGPT sign-in identifies your private profile and shows WE SELL order and request history associated with the verified sign-in email; an account is not required to shop or submit a WE SELL request.
Business-account requests
If you request a business or fleet account, WE SELL LLC retains the company, contact, location, industry, anticipated purchasing, purchase-order, tax-documentation and product-need information you submit. It is used to evaluate the request, contact the company, configure approved purchasing tools and prevent unauthorized access. Sharing an email domain does not automatically give one employee access to another employee’s or the company’s records.
Installed web app
The WE SELL website may be installed on a phone, tablet or computer as a web app. The installed app uses the same website and privacy practices. A small static offline screen and brand assets may be cached on the device, but live inventory, pricing, company information, order history and checkout are not intentionally stored for offline use.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, verify supplier inventory, prepare pricing and freight, arrange pickup or delivery, communicate order status, support warranty or return requests, register eligible tires, communicate recall information, prevent fraud and maintain required business records. Transactional request replies are not permission for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Necessary information may be shared with catalog and checkout providers, connected distributors and suppliers, hosting, payment, tax, freight, delivery, email, warranty, tire manufacturer, tire-registration and professional-service providers only as needed to search inventory, quote, complete or support the transaction, register tires or provide recall notices, comply with law or protect WE SELL LLC and its customers.
Technical information
The website and its service providers may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, security events, catalog actions and pages requested. Cookies or similar storage may maintain a shopping cart and service settings. A privacy-preserving hash derived from network and browser information may be used briefly to limit automated form abuse; raw payment information is not collected by WE SELL request forms.
Retention and security
Request and order records are retained for legitimate customer-service, accounting, tax, warranty, dispute and legal purposes. Payment-webhook records retain a minimal event identifier, type, related order reference and processing state rather than a duplicate of the processor’s full event payload. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Customer choices, access and deletion
To request access, correction or deletion of optional profile or business-account information that is not required for an active request, order or legal recordkeeping, email wesell@myyahoo.com. Include the email associated with the request; WE SELL will verify identity before changing or deleting records.
